We recently successfully completed the migration of Wicksteed's new website. This required a lot of hard work and skill to ensure that none of the existing search engine rankings were affected by this massive migration.
Wicksteed are one of the largest producers of children's play equipment in the UK, if you see a newly built play area popping up near you at the moment it will more than likely be made up of Wicksteed play equipment.
Our sister company Affinity New Media re-designed the website and it has already gained global recognition for being a well designed and fresh website.
NMA (New Media Age) commonly known as the industry Bible named the Wicksteed website as there website of the week.
"When I was a kid, playgrounds were nowhere near as nice as this. This pleasant site showcases the latest in playground furniture, such as modular climbing frames, colourful picnic tables with wheelchair access and talking flowers. It has equipment aimed at everyone from toddlers to young adults, and features abundant images of children having fun on the products.
You can download product pictures and how-to guides on areas like designing a play section, providing a safe playground and funding your project - the last lists ways to generate funding for community projects. Overall, a fresh site built with the user firmly in mind."
