The Brief
Unwins already have a talented well established in-house marketing team and were keen to utilise their skills further.
Unwins, having recently launched an Affiliate Marketing scheme, were keen to make the most of it and asked Affinity i-Marketing to host a training session to get the team up to speed on getting the most from their affiliates.
The Solution
Affinity prepared a training day for staff at Affinity i-Marketing's head office. The training session consisted of one to one training on the fundamentals of affiliate marketing, how to recruit new affiliates, how to motivate affiliates and how to grow the programme.
The Results
Unwins are now more confident in growing their scheme, active in communicating and recruiting affiliates and steadily growing their programme.
