Melissa has a BA(hons) in Marketing and is Chartered Institute of Marketing trained. Working on offline campaigns she quickly became aware of the market and the increased benefits of her clients investing in online strategies and made the decision to specialise in all aspects of online promotion. Since then she has had a number of years experience planning and implementing strategic online campaigns for large public and private sector clients across a variety of industries.
Max joined the company in 1986, as Director of Client Services and becoming Managing Director of affinity new media and the ett Group in 1994. His strong background in retail services and an active interest in technical innovation allied to marketing solutions provides clients with access to the latest techniques and trends in the on-line retail sector combined with an innovative and evolving approach to technical production issues.
Thomas started his career in the newspaper industry before joining the ett Group. He spent 7 years there as Senior Account Director. Thomas then left ett to join GFM, one of the UK's leading sales promotion and direct marketing organisations. At GFM he directed and created some of the UK's most successful on line promotional mechanics. He rejoined the ett Group at the beginning of 2003.
Collage trained in 'advanced web design' and skilled in Dreamweaver/Flash and Fireworks, Andy has been concentrating solely on "search engine optimisation" for the last 6 years.
Advanced knowledge of CSS has enabled him to gain high rankings in Google/Yahoo and MSN by building "search engine friendly" websites the ethical way, in an industry that is smothered by "black hat" techniques.
He possesses good analytical, research and communication skills, which has enabled him to keep ahead of the game in the ever changing "SEO" industry.
Stephen has gained extensive qualifications in C programming. Beginning his career in Fibreoptic network installations, he now specialises in technical support for websites purely with search engines in mind. His skill sets include Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash, Coding in HTML, CSS, PHP and Perl.
With extensive experience in the different online marketing disciplines, Rory found a growing passion and enthusiasm for Search Engine Marketing and specialise's in this area full time.
With his skills in the in paid search sector, Rory supports clients paid search campaigns and acts as client liaison for a number of key accounts.
Rory's excellent knowledge of e commerce websites, strong commerce background and advanced campaign management skills make him an invaluable link for client campaigns.
